Both English 10-1 and 10-2:

You do not have to use these resources; they are approved because proper use of them will meet the outcomes. However, I believe the Shakespeare plays listed are the only ones to be used if doing Shakespeare in a given year. There may be some modern plays suggested, but others are possible.

While we are required to pick from the list of fiction and non-fiction for the book study, for all other resources, we can use pretty much anything that fits within the categories which need to be covered (short story, poetry, etc.). Feel free to share your favourite resources in the comments section.
thanks for your hard work here gathering and organizing all this information. Just found you today. I'm concerned that none of the links on this page are working (links to approved reading list for English 10-1 and 10-2)
